Surveyspree® conducts professional marketing research on behalf of reputable companies interested in what you, as a consumer, think and do. You can feel secure sharing your opinions at Surveyspree® because the views you express in Surveyspree® are NEVER associated with your email account or with any other personally identifiable information. Our Privacy Promise and Policy is your assurance that we will protect your personal information.

Surveyspree® abides by guidelines and rules of the Council of America Survey Research Organizations (CASRO), Direct Marketing Association (DMA), the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and the Council for Marketing and Opinion Research (CMOR).

Information About Surveyspree® Visitors
When you register with us, we may ask you for personally identifiable information such as your name, gender, date of birth, address, or phone number. This information is necessary for conducting marketing research and for notifying winners if they have won a sweepstakes. Any personally identifiable information that you provide is not attached to your research study answers. All information we collect is aggregated and anonymized for research purposes.

We may ask you for certain demographic data about yourself when you fill out a research study. You are not required to answer every question to participate in the research study. We only collect information that is voluntarily provided. Your email address will only be used to invite you to participate in future research polls or special research offers in which you may be interested. You do not have to participate if you do not want to, and you can always opt out of receiving additional emails from us.

You will always be informed of the nature of future marketing research for which your personally identifiable information is requested or used. We will not release your personally identifiable information to any other party without your express permission. We may use the information you provide us to contact you in the future for additional marketing research or to notify you if you have won a sweepstakes.

Our site automatically gathers certain usage information like the numbers and frequency of visitors to Surveyspree® and its areas, very much like television ratings that tell the networks how many people tuned in to a program. We only use such data in the aggregate. This aggregate data helps us to improve our site to assure that it is as appealing as we can make it.

Disclosure
When you complete a research study, Surveyspree® shares the aggregate data with the research sponsor. The data we share is always in the form of anonymous and/or aggregated data unless otherwise specified within the online research study and you have given express permission to do so.

Surveyspree® does not sell or rent any information to third parties. From time to time, Surveyspree® may contract a third party agent to perform functions necessary for the operation of research programs or Sweepstakes. These third party agents are required to comply with the Surveyspree® privacy policy, to maintain confidentiality of the data and to use it in no other manner than to meet the obligations of its contract with Surveyspree®.

Legal Disclosure
Surveyspree® may share personal information in response to legal process, such as a court order or subpoena, or in special cases such as a physical threat to you or others.

Kids on Surveyspree®
Surveyspree® obtains parental consent for children to participate in online research. Parental supervision is required for interviews with children ages 7-12. We take special care to protect the safety and privacy of young people using our site, and we encourage you to participate in your child's experience online. We do not allow marketing or promotion overtones in children's research and the following topics are forbidden in research among children: Name/Screenname/E-mail address, Physical address, Phone number, Race, Household income, Marital status of parents, Religion, Relationship with other children, Relationship with parents, Grades in school, Family illness, Alcohol, Sexual and/or Reproductive Issues, Tobacco, Firearms.

If we decide to change our privacy policy for Surveyspree®, we will post these changes here so that you will always know what information we gather, how we might use that information and whether we will disclose it to anyone.
